Services
Black Vault Executive Transport LLC provides professional ground transportation services. All services are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Reservations & Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved account terms. Rates are provided upon inquiry and are subject to change. Additional charges may apply for extended wait times, route changes, tolls, and gratuity.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Liability
Black Vault Executive Transport LLC maintains commercial vehicle insurance exceeding Pennsylvania state minimums. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
Conduct
Clients are expected to treat our operators with respect. Black Vault reserves the right to terminate a service engagement without refund if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or illegal behavior.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
