Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
Black Vault Executive Transport LLC ("Black Vault") operates on a reservation-based model. Because our chauffeurs and vehicles are committed to your engagement at the time of booking, cancellations affect our ability to serve other clients. This policy sets out the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are issued.
Cancellation Windows
All times are calculated from the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through your account portal.
Corporate & Retainer Accounts
Corporate account holders and executive retainer clients operate under the cancellation terms specified in their service agreement. Where no agreement exists, the standard cancellation windows above apply. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
Hourly & Multi-Stop Engagements
For hourly bookings and multi-stop engagements, the minimum billable time is the reserved duration. Early release of the vehicle does not entitle the client to a refund for unused time. Extensions beyond the reserved duration are billed at the standard hourly rate and are subject to chauffeur availability.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card processing fees are non-refundable. If your booking was paid via corporate invoice, a credit will be applied to your account balance. Black Vault does not issue cash refunds.
Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, road closures, government-mandated restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Black Vault will work with affected clients to reschedule at no penalty. Refunds under these circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
