Hasani and Warren first met in 1996 while serving in the United States Marine Corps in Okinawa, Japan. What began as a bond forged through service and discipline has grown into a lifelong brotherhood — and ultimately, a business built on the values they both hold sacred.
After his time in the Marines, Hasani built a distinguished global career as a contractor across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Returning home, he earned a Master's Degree from Columbia University and a Doctorate from New York University, later serving as a high school principal — shaping future leaders with the same values instilled in him through military service.
Warren continued his service on the frontlines, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was injured in combat. Following a decade of dedication to the Marine Corps, he transitioned into a successful career in law enforcement — continuing his lifelong commitment to protecting and serving others.
Together, they founded Black Vault Executive Transport LLC — not to enter an industry, but to redefine it. To bring the discipline, precision, and absolute trustworthiness of military service to the world of executive ground transportation.
